Born in Milan on September 29th, 1966, he graduated with full marks with a degree from Università Statale di Milano in June 1990. He practised law at the law firm of his father, Bruno Marensi, specifically focusing on the matters of bonds and contracts and commercial law.
He has been enrolled at Lawyers’ Register of Milan in October 1993 and the Special Register of Lawyers that may argue cases before the Court of Cassation and the other Supreme Courts in September 2009. He has continued to be driven to study bonds and contracts, and real estate law in particular, providing legal assistance for decades, both in court and out-of-court, to leading operators, qualified investors and prestigious real estate fund management companies, both national and international.
