Born in Catania on May 10th, 1971, she graduated with top marks at the Faculty of Law of Catania. She has been enrolled at Lawyers’ Register of Catania (and later that of Milan) since April 1999. After her legal traineeship, she joined Studio Grimaldi Clifford Chance in Milan where she handled corporate and real estate mergers and acquisitions. In 2002 she joined the legal offices of Carrefour (GS S.p.A), where she dealt with trade law and contracts and became Head of the same company’s real estate branch. In 2005 she joined the BNP Paribas REIM S.G.R. p.A. company, where she took on the role of Head of Legal Affairs and handled contracts, expert opinions, acquisitions/sales, corporate disputes, with special focus on the real estate sector. In February 2021 she joined the professionals at Studio Legale Marensi as a partner, in order to implement its area providing out-of-court assistance and advice to its main national and international Clients.
